Terms of Service
Last updated: May 5, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Maven — your LinkedIn coach (“Maven”, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Maven helps you turn a public LinkedIn profile and a short voice call into a LinkedIn content plan. We provide audits, transcripts, and post drafts. You decide what to publish. We do not log into LinkedIn as you and we do not post on your behalf.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use Maven. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google sign-in and for activity on your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit a LinkedIn URL that is not your own without permission.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or impersonate others.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Use the Service to generate misleading, deceptive, or unlawful content.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
4. AI-generated content
Maven uses third-party AI models. Outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or duplicative of content produced for other users. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before publishing it. We make no guarantee about the accuracy, originality, or performance of generated content.
Subject to these Terms, you own the drafts produced for you. You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and process your inputs and outputs as needed to operate and improve the Service.
5. LinkedIn
Maven is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. Your use of LinkedIn itself is governed by LinkedIn’s own terms. We only access publicly available profile information you point us at.
6. Beta and changes
The Service is currently offered in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
7. Pricing
Maven is currently offered to invited users. If we introduce paid plans, we will give you reasonable notice before charging your account, and any paid terms will apply in addition to these Terms.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued access creates risk for the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
9. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAVEN AND ITS PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, including claims related to content you publish using drafts produced by Maven.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the courts located in Bengaluru, India, except where local law requires otherwise.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
