About

We got tired of LinkedIn posts that sound like LinkedIn posts

Maven is built by Growleads. It exists because the tools that promised to fix founder content mostly made it worse.

Every founder we talk to says a version of the same thing: I know I should be posting, I know it works, and I have not opened the box in two months.

It is not a discipline problem. It is that Monday arrives and the box is empty and you have eleven other things on fire, so the post loses. Then a week goes by, and the longer you have been quiet the more the next post has to justify itself, and now it needs to be good, and so it never gets written at all.

The tools that promised to solve this made it worse. They start from a template, so they produce template posts. Three-word sentences. Manufactured vulnerability. A hook that promises a lesson and a body that delivers a platitude. Founders can spot it instantly, which is the problem, because their buyers can too.

What we noticed is that the same founder who cannot write a post will tell you something genuinely interesting in the first two minutes of a conversation. The stories are there. They are just not in a text box, and no amount of prompt engineering gets them out. They come out when someone asks.

So Maven asks. Seven minutes, once, and then it does the part you were never going to do anyway.

We are early and we are honest about it. There is a lot Maven does not do yet, and the changelog is the real record of where it is going, including the parts that were broken. If something is not right, we would genuinely rather hear it than not.

What we believe

Four opinions we build against

These are not values on a wall. Each one shows up as a decision in the product.

Identity first, template never

Every LinkedIn tool starts from a template and asks you to fill in the blanks. That is why the output reads like a press release with a rocket emoji. The interesting part of your posts — the client you fired, the number that surprised you, the opinion you are slightly nervous to publish — is not in a template. It only comes out when someone asks you the right question, so we ask.

The mix matters more than the post

Nobody unfollows you over one mediocre post. They unfollow because you wrote five frameworks in a row and then went quiet for three weeks. Consistency and variety beat brilliance, which is why Maven holds guardrails on your mix instead of chasing a viral hit.

You are the one publishing

We do not post as you unless you explicitly connect your account and ask. There is no background automation quietly building your feed. Every draft is editable and everything is your call, because it is your name at the top of the post.

Say what actually ships

This site used to promise a month of posts. The product builds five a week. We cut the claim rather than fake the feature, and we would rather lose a signup to an honest page than win one that churns in a fortnight.
